Its performance indicators, such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and inclination angle, are optimized based on years of practical experience and screening theory, ensuring superior screening performance. This series boasts significant advantages in processing capacity and screening efficiency compared to similar products. In terms of screening design, the company collaborates with China University of Mining and Technology, the only research institute in China dedicated to vibration equipment, sharing research and technology. The design process utilizes CREO 3D modeling software, Ansys finite element analysis, and Adams mechanical system dynamics automatic analysis, ensuring that the screen machine remains at the forefront of international design standards. The screen machine employs a patented thin oil lubrication block eccentric vibrator, which features excellent bearing lubrication performance and low operational temperature rise. This innovation not only reduces the daily maintenance workload of lubricating oil replenishment but also extends the bearing lifespan.
The screen side plates are made of high-quality DH36 specialized alloy steel plates
Equipped with an oil-lubricated vibrator (patented technology), requiring oil replenishment only once a month, achieving maintenance-free operation and reducing labor intensity
The beams are designed with an infinite life cycle, undergoing post-welding heat treatment and precision machining at both ends
Hooke's ring groove rivets are used for riveting, ensuring that the connections of the screen components never loosen during vibration
The dual-shaft drive synchronization employs highly reliable imported timing belts, offering long service life and convenient spare part replacement
