Zhenyuan Technology is equipped with thousands of production and testing devices, including numerically controlled plasma cutting machines, numerically controlled shearing machines, numerically controlled bending machines, numerically controlled floor-type boring mills, machining centers, numerically controlled drilling machines, and heat treatment equipment. Its processing equipment is at an advanced level within the industry.
The product design of Zhenyuan Technology utilizes Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica for comprehensive 3D modeling, enhancing the original product design to ensure that equipment components can withstand the immense pressures of real-world working environments. By leveraging the structural analysis capabilities of Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica®, potential failure areas can be easily identified in the early stages of product development, thereby preventing malfunctions.
Technological innovation is the fountainhead of enterprise development. Zhenyuan Technology allocates 4% to 5% of its annual sales revenue to research and development. Leveraging its own scientific research and development capabilities as well as industry-academia collaborations, Zhenyuan Technology extensively engages in technological exchanges with domestic and international universities and research institutions, deepening the integration between industry and education, and promoting the healthy operation of the industry. Zhenyuan Technology leads its domestic peers in technological innovation, having successfully developed a Feeder Breaker with a feed particle size of up to 2.0 meters, which was listed as one of the top ten key scientific and technological projects of Xinxiang City in 2012. The processing capacity of the crushing station system developed by the company is acclaimed as a high-quality product domestically. The company has independently developed and produced a vibrating screen measuring 4.3m*7.3m, which operates excellently in large coal enterprises, effectively replacing imported equipment. This has made a significant contribution to the development of China's coal mining machinery. Currently, the company has obtained over 30 key technology patents, with multiple products holding "Safety Mark Certificates for Mining Products," and several products have been awarded provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards.
