Excellent crushing performance is attributed to optimal kinematic parameters. The C-series jaw crusher is designed with high centrifugal force and a steep toggle plate angle, ensuring a more effective stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber.
The discharge opening of the C-series jaw crusher has been optimized and improved. The wedge adjustment mechanism replaces the traditional shim adjustment, making it simpler, safer, and faster, thereby saving labor and time while enhancing efficiency.
The moving jaw assembly is constructed with high-quality cast steel components and is driven by two large cast steel or cast iron flywheels. Additionally, the heavy-duty eccentric shaft and four large spherical roller bearings of the same specification provide the C-series jaw crusher with exceptional reliability. The labyrinth seal protects the bearing lubricant from contamination.
The integral cast steel bearing housing ensures a perfect fit with the crusher frame and avoids unnecessary load on the bearing housing, which is inevitable in traditional two-piece bearing housing structures.
The C-series jaw crusher features a unique modular, weld-free frame structure. Two hot-rolled steel side plates are securely bolted to the high-quality cast steel frame with precision-machined pins, preventing stress concentration points that could reduce the equipment's durability under impact loads.
The standard configuration includes a centralized lubrication system for convenient bearing lubrication. Sensors are embedded in the crusher bearings, motor, and other critical parts, allowing the control room to monitor real-time operating conditions such as temperature, vibration, and current. Any abnormal sounds trigger early warnings.
